It won't compile though. I get an error with the following line:

 

rc_style->color_flags[GTK_STATE_NORMAL] |= GTK_RC_FG;

cannot convert int to GtkRcFlags in assignment.

I am creating a list item (gtk_list_item_new_with_label) is there a way I can set its background colour to red?

An example would really help me and also make me look lazy.
