multicolmun grid

I work in windows :-( and i need show a matrix data completly. I have
used CList but it is not that i need it. I would like a sheet widget
like Excel or like GtkSheet in Gtk+Extra, but i need use it in windows.
How can i do it, can i do it with Clist or similar?
I need draw a blocks (squares) set joins by arrows. The user may can
move the blocks and the arrows will be draw automaticly.
how can i do it?
