theme support on windows

I am working on a UI part of project wherein i need to implement themes.
I am supporting the application on different platforms which includes
WINDOWS NT
But i need pixmap.dll/metal.dll for theme support using pixmap engine

can anybody send me these dlls or the place from where i can get them
