gtkedit input control

Hi


I want to control and verify the input of a GtkEdit. 
To do that, I wanted to connect a signal that is emitted when the focus leaves the GtkEdit, 
but I have not found this signal, does it exist ? 
Or am I wrong and I should use another method or signal ?
