Problem to compile in windows...

I am having problem to compile a application in windows.. It run
perfectly in Linux, but in windows labels or other widget that display
texts aren't shown or are showed irregular when they have text with
chars that have accents, like á ã é õ.........
Anyone has or hasn't this problem???
