Check out the documentation on GTK resource files. You can create a
~/.gtkrc which will affect *all* gtk programs or load a custom resource
file for your app using gtk_rc_add_default_file.
You can modify colors/fonts on any named widget or widget class through
use of styles.

This is another question about colors,
I use gtk_tooltips_set_colors to set the color in a tooltip but this
does nothing because this function is deprecated. How can i do it?
By the way, how can i change the font size of all widgets in my program?
