Ok, I'm relatively new to GTK and I have some questions.
I'm trying to develop applications that are mult-platformed using the GTK
toolkit. After much wrangling I was able to get things to compile in
windows
uinsg gcc-mingw32-msvcrt.

How do you keep that dos box from popping up when you run the program? I'm
guessing it has something to do with stdout and stderr but it would be nice
to
know how to do it the right way....
