Does GTK have functions which allow you to change how the window manager displays the window? Specifically I want a borderless, titleless window that is always on top. I realize that this is out of GTK's control, but what about "Gnome-compliant" window managers? (WindowMaker is the one I'm specifically interested in) If there isn't a GTK function to do this, is there a Gnome function which handles this?
