gtk_text_size_request gtk_text_size_allocate

Hi,

I am writing gtk applications using text widget. Now I want to resize my text widgets if I want to
more words in it. I find 2 functions : gtk_text_size*
Can you tell me what's the meaning of these 2 functions and how to use them to resize my text widget?
