"Register" problems

Hi guys,

        I have a problem about register function.
        I want to develop a gtk application in one dynamic library, after i unloaded the dynamic library, it 
seems some functions registered in gtk_init can't be called. How can i disable these functions or call these 
functions before terminate my process? Any advices are welcome.
