internacionalization in gtk (souce of information/examples?)

Hello!

Up to now, I'm not very concerned about internacionalization issues.

The question is that gtktext is giving me some problems in the win32
Tor's port. The presence of spanish accentuated characters, in a file
makes gtktext to show nothing. I suppouse this is a bug or an
internacionalization issue.

At this moment the only thing I've found related to this is the
gtk_set_locale,
referenced in the reference gtk docs. But thats all.

Would you point me to some source of information related to gtk
internacionalization?
