Finally figured DND out!

Hi,

  Quick follow up on the DND stuff, my friends and I have finally figured
out (or atleast most of) the GTK+ Drag and Drop functions.

I've uploaded a tutorial we've written, it's not official and there may be
a few mistakes but next to nothing it's the best we could come up with.
