Put your toolbars into a packing box .... attach the packing box to your window.

i would like to add a second (tool)bar with widgets to my gnome-app.
it should be dockable like the toolbar but i would like to insert a
label and a combobox.
i already tried to use gtk_toolbar_new  to make a new toolbar then i
inserted
the widgets with  gtk_toolbar_pre/append_widget . and i also added the
toolbar to my gnome
app with gnome_app_add_toolbar.
i just moved over from kde/qt-programming and from the
kde desktop to the gnome project so i am quite new to the gtk & gnome
api.

(is there another filemanager avaiable than the gmc ?)
