What does the time argument for gdk_pointer_ungrab() affect? If there is
already a pointer being grabbed before I recieve an event with a time
stamp, if I pass the newer time will that negate the older timed grab?
Will GDK_CURRENT_TIME always negate the previous grab when passed to
gdk_pointer_ungrab()?
