[gthumb-list] resizing in jpg AND changing the compression rate

Hi!

I've always been a fan of Gthumb. I was wondering if there is a way to
resize jpg file and indicate a different (higher) compression rate. So
let's say I have 4000x3000 images. I'd like to resize them into 1200x900
at 60% compression rate. Is that possible and if so, how?
