[gthumb-list] gthumb-3.4: movable preview bar is no longer movable

Before gthumb-3.4 it was possible to move the image preview bar which
contained the previous and next thumbnails (and everything around them)
to the left or ride side of the current image being displayed. This was
great on wide screens.

Any chance that could come back?
