Hello,

Is it possible to change the existing Copy under the Edit main menu option to do a regular clipboard copy instead of save as? I was surprised to notice that neither gThumb nor his little brother EyeOfGnome can do this simple and somewhat expected thing. Consider this basic scenario: A user takes a screenshot using Gnome's buit-in capabilities which gets saved as screenshot1.png on user's desktop. Next the user double click the file which is opened within EoG or gThumb, He would want to copy the image on clipboard to paste it in a document or email.
