This series of patch, based on earlier work by Juan Suarez (which form the
first patch, refreshed by yours truly), transform the GrlKeyID type from a
GParamSpec pointer to a good old guint32.
The big benefit is that it allows easier operation from GObject introspection
bindings.

A set of patches to update plugins to the new API follows.
