[PATCH 0/2] Update documentation

Hi.

Here is a small update on the documentation patch, addressing some comments
Iago directly commented to me.

Also, I'm providing for free another update patch adding more cross-references
in the documentation, so it is easier to go from one place to another.

If nobody is against both patches, I'll push them tomorrow.
