gtkdoc updates

I had just pushed some changes in grilo-core which fix some issues with the
gtkdoc documentation. Among the changes are:
* hided the private function documentation
* updated the sections file with the new symbols (now the GrlData hierarchy is
shown)
* made that the scanner ignores all the auto generated code
* updated some links
