Since we use the Media Art storage spec from here
http://live.gnome.org/MediaArtStorageSpec to get the album art I rather
doubt that you will get PNG from rygel, since the spec based on JPEG.

Nevertheless you might encounter JPEG_SM since that totally depends on
the file size in that media store.
