[PATCH 0/2] [grilo][Version 2] Implement search all.

This new version includes the rewording suggested by Iago, as well as defines a
new kind of error, GRL_CORE_ERROR_SEARCH_NULL_UNSUPPORTED, specifically suited
to use by sources not supporting this sort of search.
