IDEA: Provide a TheTVDb plugin

The "Online TV Database" [1, 2] provides information about television
shows, and makes it available through a XML API. So, in the same way
suggested for The Movie Database, it would be nice to have a
MetadataSource plugin allowing us to access that information.
