[PATCH 0/3] Plugin's XML files convention changes

Hi,

These patches change the applet trailers' XML to be the same name as the
plugin's ID and install them under new plugins' configuration folder
(usually /usr/local/share/grilo/plugins).

Please let me know if anything must be changed before I apply such changes
to other plugins.
