[PATCH] Fix issue with badly created string

Hi,

There was an issue the "plugins' info from XML" patches I sent, I forgot
to append the escape sequence to a string created with g_utf8_strncpy.
This would eventually crash the app when I free the string.

This patch should be squashed to the one in the email I'm replying to.
