Browse in Flickr plugin

Hi all!

I've added the browse() method to flickr plugin. So next time you run
grilo-test-ui, you'll see there Flickr.

When you click in the plugin, it will retrieve a list of "hot tags". And
then, for each tag, it will retrieve images with that tag.
