[PATCH grilo 0/2] misc build updates

Two commits for the build machinery

* A trivial clean up removing an unused variable

* In a fresh jhbuild setup I couldn't build grilo, the autogen.sh
  breaks because it could find the requested m4 files. A quick search 
  found a variable assignation which prevented the prefix override.
