GrlConfig parameter keys

Hi,
after talking to Juan about this we agreed to change GrlConfig to not inherit
from GrlData as that was forcing configuration keys to be integers, which is
not convenient. I have just pushed a new version of Grlconfig using strings
to identify configuration parameters.
