Hello.

Be carreful : on a GTk 3+ application, the CSS coding can be inside the 
code ; for example, for my work to upgrade Searchmonkey from Gtk2 to 
Gtk3, the css stuff is inside the code.

And, be carreful about Gtk 3+ versions : before or after 3.12, before or 
after 3.20 ; the css coding is different.
