Ideas for new API

Damon,

The possible smaller API changes
- add a tolerance setting for line widths
- add an "unscaled-line-width"
would be very nice.

Also an "unscaled-font-size" for GooCanvasText
would be nice. For instance, this is useful for labels
for axes in diagrams.
Actually I have to do it myself.
