Enumerating cells that reference a particular cell

Given a particular cell, is there a way to get a list of all cells
that will be impacted if the value in that cell changes?

For example, if A1 has the number 3 in it, and cell A2 has the
formula "=A1*2" and cell A3 has the formula "=A1*A2", and querying
about what would be impacted by changing the value in A1, I'd want to
know about A2 and A3.

(darn taxes, one little change ripples down across the whole @#$%^
spreadsheet)
