About missing Spreadsheet functions

Hi All,

i am testing a third party application that uses Gnumeric on it backends, but when opening a common Excel file (like the samples/excel/operator.xls file), many functions are listed as missing, e.g:

=EQUAL!A48  -> #NAME?

=GT!A48         -> #NAME?

would you please point me in the right direction to see from "where" this functions should come from ?, any missing library or plugin ?

note: based on Gnumeric 1.12.9.
