how to implement parametric cell referencing in gnumeric?

Hi,
using gnumeric 1.10.17

let's assume formulas are located in line 10 (i.e.  A10:C10; )

i have a counter that is incremented (increment= +1) each time a button is
pressed, whit a start value 15.

question: how to copy the values from line 10 to line 15 and following each
time the counter is incremented?

another way to formulate my question is:
how to adress a calculation to a cell which reference(s) is (are) the value
of a given cell(s)?
