Some times ago, I built a win32 version with Python support.
Unfortunately, it crashed at each attempt to use a Python function. We
would probably need a Windows developer to fix that.

I just downloaded the gnumeric 1.10.9 release as a Windows binary and
it does not seem to support the Python plug-in. The documentation
talks about building the application for Python on linux systems, but
I am interested in using it on Windows XP. So I'm guessing that the
win32 binary has not been complied with Python.
Perhaps I have misunderstood just what needs to be done to activate
that plug-in. If so, could someone please point me in the right direction?
Alternatively, is there any other binary distribution (possibly
older) available that does support Python?
Thanks for any help.
