automatic hyperlink of file names

Hi.  I have a column of file names (e.g., file:///folder/filename) and I 
want to automatically create hyperlinks for these cells so that when you 
click on them the file opens.  I know I can do this one-by-one by hand, 
but there must be a way to do it automatically for all at once.  Any ideas?
