Re: gnumeric-list Digest, Vol 53, Issue 1

I found the following online in the Gnumeric Manual:

http://www.gnome.org/projects/gnumeric/doc/print-preview- customizing.shtml

Is it possible to set the print-preview on the MacOS X11?
If yes, how? Can it be Apple's Preview?

Also is it possible to set the print-preview on WinXP?

It works on the PuppyLinux box.

Customizing the preview application
The Gnumeric Manual, version 1.8 Printing Print Preview

You may change the default preview application by editing your presets for GTK. Open the file .gtkrc-your GTK version and add a line in the format

gtk-print-preview-command="command to your preferred viewer".

Please make sure you have only one line defining your preview application.

It is strongly recommended to use Evince as the default viewer. A convincing argument is that Evince deletes the preview file after closing the viewer.
