Customizable shortcuts

Hello

When I installed Gnumeric on WinXP with russian locale, I cannot use
most shortcuts Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and other common things. Instead of this
it uses Ctrl+Ins for copying, Shift+Ins for pasting. I don't remember
other functions. I've experienced the same troubles with old versions
of MS Office, but it can be solved with custom shortcuts.

I want to ask, when do you plan to make customizable shortcuts
shortcuts in Gnumeric. I think, this is very important feature.
Can I see them in foreseeable future?
