Win32 binary?

I assume that would be version 1.7.10?

How about sharing it with us, mere Windows users?

I know I could create the binaries if I knew how to get the code from SVN
and all that stuff. But I'm not a programmer and I would rather help by
sending bug reports and feature requests (as I have done several times in
the past).
