guide for compiling on win32

Hello to all,
since I havent' find a "current" version of gnomeric for win32 with more
than 256 rows I would like to compile it.
I guess I have all the tool needed , but a help would be very appreciated..
I tried to contact Ivan but its seems disapperead from planet Earth..
any hints ?
