How to label an XY graph?

Hello,

I have simple 2 dimensional data (in two columns, an X and a Y) that I want to graph.  I have a third column which contains intermittent labels for the XY plot.  I want these labels to appear on the plot line itself (i.e. at the X/Y coordinates).

Is there a way to do this?
