No.

What about OpenFormula (dwheeler.com/openformula) - does this help?


Not really.

1. The author is no longer working on OpenFormula.
2. There are large, gaping holes in it.

Quite frankly, it does not look like the people who have shown interest in
OpenFormula have the necessary overview of the horror that is spreadsheet
semantics.
