Can you give us a touch more information ?

1) What version ?
2) What OS ?
3) What are you copying (numbers strings expressions ) ?
4) How are you copying ?
5) Is the other sheet in the same workbook ?
5.1)                    the same process ?

We're definitely entering a bug squashing phase in the run up to
gnumeric-1.2, so please report any problems you see to bugzilla, or
if in doubt here.  However, it is critical when reporting things to
give us _lots_ of information.  Unless we can replicate the exact
conditions, and know what you expect to see its much more work.
