gnome2 port has landed

Gnumeric-1.0.x is now on the gnome_1_4 branch and HEAD requires
gnome2.  All necessary code for building and running the port is
also in cvs.  I'll post details tommorow on what to build in what
order.  In the mean time

    cvs co -r gnome_1_4 gnumeric

will put you on the stable branch for now.
The gnome2 is still somewhat lobotomized.
    - No Bonobo support
    - Printer dialogs disabled
    - Input Method Support disabled
    - All libglade dialogs need auditing
    - SAX importer is broken
