Bug in Import?

I think I may have found a bug in Gnumeric's text import.  We received a
file of items from one of our business partners and found that some of
their part numbers start with a "-".  When I try to import a file like
this into gnumeric, those cells show up blank.  All the other fields in
that row show up fine (description, price, etc).

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
