May be expression(@cell). It's not the same as you're asking, but
it can to show the formula "as is" in another cell.
That has a completely different. He is looking to store just the
values of the cells, and remove the expressions that generate them.
The technique you mention displays the expressions and hides the
values. You can achieve the same effect more simply using
Sheet -> Format -> Display Formulas (Ctrl-`)
