  No, this libxml1 !
There is a test xmlCheckVersion() to make sure the code uses the
right version of the shared library depending on the API it was compiled
against. The bonobo code should definitely use it !


But according to the gnumeric documentation, its *supposed* to be linked
against libxml1, isn't it?  Or is the documentation worng?


The documentation is correct.  Gnumeric 1.0.x MUST link against
libxml1.
