Data Validation - new feature request

Hi,

Anyone Interested in wring some code to add an "in cell drop down list" to 
select from when a cell is active (A tick box in the data-validate dialog 
box is ticked and if list is selected for validation).

Basically it is an existing function in Excel to allow a user to select a 
value from the list the validation function uses.

N.B.

I love the zoom and pan on the Guppi component.
