Attached is the XL version.  I do not think we need to be XL
compatible here.  The analysis tools are filters.  Workbooks that
depend on their results matching XL are much harder to envision than 
those with standard sheet functions.  If accepted statistical
conventions indicate using fractional ranks then we should conform
to the convention, not XL.
