frozen panes bug?

Hi,

Suppose you freeze the first 9 rows and 4 columns. If you then shrink 
the height of row 9 to _zero_ (or of row 8 or 7...) it appears as if row 
10 suddenly exists twice (according to the row labels at least) until 
you click in the pane and the row labels aare adjusted to sho you that 
the row heights didn't change... well sometimes it seems to work 
correctly but that is rare.
