Gnumeric 0.59 released

Gnumeric 0.59 aka 'Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch' has been released.  This
version is a minor release to update the documentation and translation.  It
cleans up a few minor display issues and improves portability to *BSD.

This is a low priority upgrade.

       gnumeric-bonobo.  Bonobo is under heavy development as is not
